Tuesday Evening...

We started off the evening by planning for the backyard bible club which consisted of us choosing one of four groups. Crafts, the bible lesson, games and the skit that follows the lesson. I was part of the games/activities group and we basically came up with games that anyone from the age of 12 and under could play. This was fun but the best part of the evening came after we finished up with the planning. We went into a Bangali neighborhood and one of the interns, Christine set up a Cricket Clinic with a bunch of the neighborhood teens. We had no clue what we were doing at first and just went with it! We started to get the hang of it the more we played and teens from around the neighborhood jumped in and starting playing. We got crushed by the locals but in the end it was fun and we all got the chance to learn a new game and possibly teach it to others along the way!
